D and P were involved in a traumatic road traffic accident that left them both with physical injuries and a deeply unsettling experience. However, their initial offer of £1,500 and £2,000 did not reflect the true extent of the injuries and distress experienced by D and P. Frances advised against accepting these inadequate sums and recommended pursuing court proceedings.

Through diligent negotiation prior to the hearing, we achieved a significantly improved settlement of £13,000 and £16,000 for D and P respectively. Both clients were immensely relieved and delighted with the final outcome, which not only provided fair compensation but also spared them the ordeal of a court appearance.
